Industrial Filter Cage Is The Basic Element Of Zinc-Aluminum Coating For Fixed And Shaped Bag Filters
The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is mainly composed of venturi, flange, chassis, joint, support ring, low carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire, etc. It is formed by one-time welding using high-frequency welding equipment according to the installation environment and customer requirements. After pickling and phosphating, the surface of the dust removal framework is treated with galvanizing, plastic spraying, silicon, etc. to meet different working conditions. The multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is installed on the pattern hole in the pulse type and air box type pulse dust collector. When the dust-laden gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the dust filter bag, and the clean gas enters through the filter material. Inside the filter bag, the dust removal skeleton inside the filter bag is used to support the dust removal filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and at the same time it helps the dust cake and redistribution. Plug-in Industrial Filter Cage, also known as multi-section dust removal skeleton, multi-section frame, multi-section bag cage, is a dust-cleaning skeleton spliced by two or more skeletons. The improved product is mainly used in the working environment of more than 3 meters, with the characteristics of light weight, easy installation, transportation and maintenance.
The major feature of the venturi is that it can realize the conveying of powder by air flow. It mainly uses its jet suction effect, such as vacuum cleaners, powder conveying, coolers, flow meters, dryers and so on. The same is true for the injection pump in the chemical industry, so the material mainly depends on the application site, there are various kinds of iron, aluminum alloy, and plastic nylon. The lift of an airplane also comes from the effect of the venturi. Air moves faster on the upper surface of the wing than on the lower surface, creating lift.
