8-Meter-Long Stainless Steel Custom Industrial Filter Cage For Waste Incineration
The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is mainly composed of venturi, flange, chassis, joint, support ring, low carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire, etc. It is formed by one-time welding using high-frequency welding equipment according to the installation environment and customer requirements. After pickling and phosphating, the surface of the dust removal framework is treated with galvanizing, plastic spraying, silicon, etc. to meet different working conditions. The multi-section Industrial Filter Cage is installed on the pattern hole in the pulse type and air box type pulse dust collector. When the dust-laden gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the dust filter bag, and the clean gas enters through the filter material. Inside the filter bag, the dust removal skeleton inside the filter bag is used to support the dust removal filter bag to prevent the filter bag from collapsing, and at the same time it helps the dust cake and redistribution. Plug-in Industrial Filter Cage, also known as multi-section dust removal skeleton, multi-section frame, multi-section bag cage, is a dust-cleaning skeleton spliced by two or more skeletons. The improved product is mainly used in the working environment of more than 3 meters, with the characteristics of light weight, easy installation, transportation and maintenance.
Process: The main problem is focused on welding.
1. Desoldering causes looseness.
2. Burrs scratch the filter bag. When selecting the dust removal frame, the filter bag filter frame should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact with each other after the filter bag is loaded into the filter, and difficulty in bagging, bagging The occurrence of frame friction, etc.; all the welding points of the dust collector frame are firm, and no desoldering, virtual welding and missing welding are allowed; the surface of the dust collector frame contacting the dust filter bag should be smooth, and no uneven welding scars and burrs are allowed. .
3. Ribs: The vertical ribs of the dust removal framework generally use 20-24 high temperature resistant carbon steels, each rib is Φ3.2 mm thick, the inner ring of the cage is made of Φ4 mm thick high temperature resistant carbon steel bars, one from the bottom of the cage upwards. There should be a distance of 50 mm between the cage ring and the bottom of the cage, the distance between the root cage ring and one cage ring should be less than 155 mm, and so on, a cage ring should keep a distance of 50 mm from the top flange bottom of the cage.
In addition, the processing quality requirements of the dust removal skeleton are also very important. Special ring making and processing spot welding equipment should be used to minimize burrs and maintain verticality during processing.
