The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Galvanized Industrial Filter Cage (galvanized bag cage, galvanized frame) is the main component in dust removal equipment. Galvanized frame has good use characteristics and advantages in dust removal work. Galvanized bag cage has good dust removal effect. The Industrial Filter Cage can be discharged either automatically or manually, but is discharged in a defined order. This galvanized Industrial Filter Cage (galvanized bag cage, galvanized frame) usually does not discharge dust for 1 day to several days in the early stage of operation until the dust holding capacity of the dust collector is reached, and then discharges in sequence. The galvanized frame (galvanized bag cage, galvanized frame) is the "rib" of the filter bag. This galvanized frame should be light and easy to install and maintain. The quality of the galvanized frame directly affects the filter state and service life of the filter bag.
Features
Stainless steel Industrial Filter Cage is mainly made of 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel as raw materials. It is formed by one-time welding. It adopts automatic multi-point welding special equipment, which has high accuracy and precise control of ring rib distance and tolerance range of diameter and verticality. Corrosion resistance, especially pitting resistance, high temperature resistance, creep resistance are better than other types of products.
Compared with ordinary carbon steel skeleton, the advantage of stainless steel dust removal skeleton is that it has good effect of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
