The function of Industrial Filter Cage:
Industrial Filter Cage, also known as dust cage cage, is formed by one-time welding using special Taiwan cage cage production line equipment. The dust removal cage is the rib of the filter bag. The quality of the dust cage cage directly affects the working state and service life of the filter bag.
Dust bag cage raw materials: high-quality cold-drawn steel wire, stainless steel wire, etc.
Dust bag cage structure: multi-section, venturi, protection short pipe and other reasonable structures.

Influence factors of Industrial Filter Cage:
(1) Influence of the size of the dust removal frame: Among the geometric dimensions of the dust removal frame, the diameter of the dust removal frame, the gas and the shape and size of the exhaust pipe are the important influencing factors.
(2) The influence of gas parameters on the performance of the dust removal framework: including the influence of gas flow, the influence of gas dust concentration, the influence of gas moisture content, the influence of gas density, viscosity, pressure, temperature, etc.
(3) The influence of the physical properties of dust on the dust removal framework.
(4) Influence of the roughness of the inner wall of the dust removal skeleton: The dust particles concentrated near the wall surface will cause swirl flow due to the rough surface, so that some dust particles are thrown into the rising airflow and enter the exhaust pipe, reducing the dust removal efficiency.
