Medical Capillary Tubes are ultra-precision, small-diameter stainless steel tubes manufactured to the highest standards for use in various medical devices, such as injection needles, infusion needles, puncture needles, surgical instruments, IV catheters, etc.. These capillary tubes are mostly made by medical grade stainless steel 304 material because of its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and biocompatibility. All medical stainless steel capillary tubes are complied with ISO9626: 2016 international standard, which defines the strict requirements for material, dimensions, tolerances, mechanical properties, and surface finish necessary for patient safety and device performance. Our factory specializes in medical capillary tubes from 10 Gauge to 34 Gauge sizes(0.18-3.4mm). And we can cut into fixed length according to the customer’s request.
