1. Product Overview
YUHONG TP347H stainless steel high-frequency welded finned tube adopts niobium stabilized austenitic stainless steel (TP347H/06Cr18Ni11Nb) as the base tube, and forms metallurgical bonding between the fins and the base tube through advanced high-frequency resistance welding technology. The product combines excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, designed specifically for efficient heat exchange requirements under extreme working conditions. It is an ideal heat transfer component in the fields of boilers, chemicals, and power plant.
2. Core advantages
High temperature stability: The highest oxidation resistance temperature can reach 850 ℃, and the working temperature of pressure bearing components can reach 650 ℃. It has excellent creep resistance during long-term service.
Strong corrosion resistance: It exhibits excellent performance in acid, alkali, salt media and seawater, and its resistance to intergranular corrosion has been tested according to international standards (such as the 65% HNO3 method).
Welding reliability: Adding niobium element (Nb ≥ 10 × C%) to suppress hot cracks and ensure a firm welding joint between fins and base tubes, suitable for high-frequency welding processes.
High frequency resistance welding technology: realizes fully automatic precision welding of fins and base tubes, with high bonding strength, low thermal resistance, and heat transfer efficiency increased by more than 30%.
Strict heat treatment: Solution treatment (water cooling at 1050 ℃~1100 ℃) ensures a single austenite structure and a grain size of 7 or above, improving material toughness and stability.
Support customized specifications: The outer diameter of the finned tube covers Φ 22mm~273mm, and the wall thickness is 1mm~40mm, meeting the layout requirements of various heat exchangers.
Compatible with complex media environments: suitable for scenarios such as flue gas waste heat recovery, corrosive gas heat exchange, and high-temperature steam generation.
