ASTM B466 C70600 copper nickel fittings are made of C70600 copper nickel alloy (90/10 copper nickel alloy) and comply with ASTM B466 standards. This alloy contains about 90% copper and about 10% nickel, as well as trace elements such as iron and manganese, and has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The main product types include elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, pipe caps, etc., which can be produced according to ASME, DIN and other standards.
C70600 material performs well in harsh environments such as seawater and saltwater, and is corrosion-resistant, suitable for fields such as marine engineering, shipbuilding, and seawater desalination; The tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation all meet the requirements of ASTM B466 standard, ensuring the reliability of the pipe fittings under high pressure, high temperature, and other working conditions; C70600 alloy has good welding performance and can be processed by welding methods such as TIG and MIG, with stable weld quality; It can maintain strength and stability in high temperature environments, has high heat resistance, and is suitable for equipment such as heat exchangers and condensers.
