YUHONG'S low-heat dissipating fin tube is a steel tube that has fins formed on the outside by a roll forming process. Typically, there are 19 fins per 25.4mm (1 inch) of length, but our company can manufacture tubes with 26 fins per length. The outer surface area of the tube is more than 3.5 times the inner surface area, which results in superior heat transfer performance compared to generally circular profile steel tubes. By enhancing the heat transfer performance, it is possible to achieve downsizing of various machines (reducing capacity and weight) and improve material costs, transportation costs, and installation space.
YUHONG have extensive practical experience in various heat exchangers used in petroleum refining plants, petrochemical plants, gas turbine power generation, refrigeration units, and other applications.
Depending on the specific usage, YUHONG'S products include those that increase the outer surface area of the tube and high-heat dissipating fin tube products that have fins welded to the outer circumference of the steel tube. The low-heat dissipating fin tube is directly roll-formed onto the steel tube, so there is no need to worry about delamination even when subjected to bending. Furthermore, it retains excellent durability and resistance to vibration even after initial operation.
