ASME SA213 T12 Stainless Steel Seamless HFW Fin Tube Heat Exchanger
T12 steel is used for small wall thickness boilers, superheaters, and heat exchanger tubes. Suitable for seamless iron element and austenitic steel pipes with small wall thickness used in boilers and superheaters, as well as austenitic steel pipes used in heat exchangers.
T12 steel chemical composition: C0.05-0.15 Si ≤ 0.50 Mn 0.30-0.61 P, S ≤ 0.025 Cr0.80.00-1.25 Mo0.44-0.65
Mechanical properties of T12 steel: tensile strength ≥ 415mpa, yield strength ≥ 205mpa, elongation ≥ 30%
The American standard ASTM A213 mainly produces steel pipe grades such as A213T11, A213T12, A213T22, etc.
T12 steel is a grade of steel produced according to the American standard ASTM A213, which does not mean it is produced in the United States. It can be produced by a steel factory in our country according to the American standard ASTM A213, and the quality also meets the American standard.
Working principle of high frequency welded finned tube
The high frequency welding finned tube is welded by the current with a high frequency of 20wHz/s, and the corresponding skin effect and proximity effect will be produced because of the high frequency current welding.
