Y-type ductile iron filter main body material ductile iron, filter stainless steel, stainless steel screws. Different sealing gaskets are used according to different media. Available in diameters ranging from DN40 to DN600. Three pressure levels: 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa. Standard flange connection, can be customized GB, German standard, American standard flange standard Y-type ductile iron filter. The exterior color is usually blue, and filters of other colors and materials can also be customized.
Ductile iron Y-strainers are an important part of piping systems to protect equipment from potential damage due to dirt as well as other particles that may be carried by the process fluid. During system startup and flushing, filters can be placed upstream of the water pump to protect them from construction debris that may have been left in the pipe. Sex filters can be installed on control valves, steam traps, and protect them from corrosion products that may become dislodged and carried upstream throughout the piping system.
