The AOZ5239QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module, integrating two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver for optimal synchronous buck configuration. It features individually optimized MOSFETs for low capacitance, fast switching, and minimal conduction loss. The module is housed in a compact 5x5 QFN package designed to minimize parasitic inductance and EMI. It supports 3.3V and 5V PWM logic with mid-state compatibility via PWM and/or SMOD# control. The integrated bootstrap diode and pulse skip mode for power saving at light loads are key features. Applications include desktop computers, notebook computers, graphic cards, and video gaming consoles.
