◎ Introduction
Fire and thermal insulation coatings are generally divided into two categories: intumescent and non-intumescent according to their thermal insulation mechanism.
Intumescent fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating mainly softens and expands rapidly when the coating is exposed to fire, and expands to form a hollow carbonized layer 10-100 times thicker than the original coating. The highly expanded carbonized layer blocks the heat transfer of flame to the substrate, so as to achieve the effect of heat insulation.
The non-intumescent fire-resistant and heat-insulating coating mainly uses the inorganic heat-insulating material in the coating and the heat-absorbing effect generated by the evaporation and decomposition of some components at high temperature to block and consume the heat of the external flame to achieve the heat-insulation effect.
The traditional fire and heat insulation coatings are solvent-based coatings, which have environmental protection and health risks. Currently, the switch from "paint to powder" is being carried out. Powder coatings have no VOC emissions and belong to green environmental protection coatings.

Butane spray gun spraying, the coating is softened and foamed by heating, carbonized expansion and heat insulation.
Alcohol lamp burns for 5 minutes without ignition.
Natural gas burns for 1 minute, and there is no ignition phenomenon on the sand surface.
The muffle furnace high temperature test and the coating adhesion test result is grade 0.
