This anionic polyacrylamide flocculant is engineered for industrial-scale solid-liquid separation across multiple sectors. In mining operations, it accelerates the settling of fine mineral particles in thickeners and tailings ponds, recovering process water for reuse while producing dense underflow slurries. For coal washing plants, it effectively clarifies high-solids wash water containing ultrafine coal and clay particles, enabling closed-loop water recycling and compliance with environmental discharge limits.
In iron and steel manufacturing, it treats blast furnace gas washing water, converter dedusting wastewater, and continuous casting cooling water. The product also delivers excellent results in construction slurry dewatering, dredging sediment treatment, and textile printing and dyeing wastewater clarification. Municipal wastewater treatment plants utilize it as a primary coagulant aid to enhance suspended solids removal in primary and secondary clarifiers.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Standard packaging is 25 kg net weight per kraft paper bag with an inner moisture-proof polyethylene liner, securely sealed and palletized for safe international transportation. 750 kg jumbo bags and customized packaging options are available upon request.
