HENGFENG Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a high charge density organic polymer specifically formulated for municipal and industrial sludge dewatering applications. With cationic charge densities ranging from 10% to 60% and molecular weights between 8 and 12 million, this flocculant neutralizes negatively charged sludge particles and forms mechanically strong flocs that withstand the shear forces of belt filter presses, screw presses, and decanter centrifuges. The result is significantly higher cake solids content, reduced sludge volume, and lower disposal and transportation costs.
Manufactured through advanced copolymerization of acrylamide with cationic monomers, our CPAM delivers consistent performance across a wide range of sludge types including primary sludge, waste activated sludge, anaerobically digested sludge, and mixed sludge streams. Packaging & Quality Assurance
Standard supply is in 25 kg net weight multi-wall kraft paper bags with an integral polyethylene moisture barrier liner. Bulk packaging in 750 kg jumbo bags or 1,000 kg supersacks is available for high-volume municipal and industrial accounts. Each bag is palletized, stretch-wrapped, and labeled with batch number, production date, and net weight for full traceability.
