1. Quotation&DFM (1-3 days)
Your account executive will assist you in the quotation stage by gathering your requirements and obtaining part drawings for mold quoting.
2. Mould Design(7 days)
We complete the mold design within 7 days upon receiving the deposit. We provide personalized service to ensure that the molds fit your plant’s injection molding machine.
3. Mould Making(45-70 days)
Typically, it takes 2 months for machining, assembly of molds, and the first injection test. Your account executive will send progress photos during this stage.
4. Samples Approval (7 days)
Following the resolution of initial sample defects, we perform additional injection tests and send the conclusive samples for approval.
5.Mould Shipping(25-35 days)
We collaborate with our freight forwarder for the transfer from our plant to the port (CRF), or we can coordinate with your freight forwarder for mold pickup (FOB).
