Working process of automatic cable tie machine
Working principle: The material distribution mechanism separates cable ties one by one. After the sensor detects the cable ties, they would be transported to the feeding tube. When the operator steps on the pedal, the cable tie is transported to the cable tie gun head, and pulled, tightened and cut. At last the waste materials can be collected into the waste box.
Operation process: load reel cable ties – Click “Load” only one time – Click “Start” – Place the bundled objects – tread the foot pedal – finish packing/bundling.
