Shin-Etsu KS-650N is a silicone synthetic oil that does not cause silicone rubber expansion, with superior high and low-pressure resistance and sealing performance. Based on silicone oil and thickened with mineral alkali and various additives, it has a wide temperature range and excellent thermal oxidation stability and water resistance. This synthetic oil is mainly used for lubricating dynamic parts and for electrical insulation, sealing, heat dissipation, and waterproofing of static parts.

The special attributes of Shin-Etsu KS-650N lie in its superior heat and cold resistance. The silicone oil used as the base oil has a high drop point temperature, with minimal oil separation and evaporation, and does not solidify even at -50°C.
