Shin-Etsu KM-740T is a low-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid emulsion designed for industrial applications. It requires storage in cool, dark conditions (1-25℃) and must be protected from freezing below 0℃. Prior to use, thorough stirring/shaking is necessary, and dilution must use deionized or soft water. Strong acids/bases, alcohols, or mineral salts may compromise emulsion stability.
As a nonionic emulsion with 350 mm²/s base viscosity, KM-740T exhibits inherent thermal stability and shear resistance. The 39% non-volatile content ensures efficient film formation.
