Introduction of active lime rotary kiln production line:
Active lime production equipment----Lime production line is a complete set of lime production equipment from feeding equipment, screening equipment, conveying equipment, calcining equipment, dust removal and discharging equipment. Rotary kiln calcined limestone with preheater and vertical cooler meets the production requirements of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and high activity. Successful industrial application of vertical preheating of environmentally friendly and energy-saving activated limestone. Due to the significant reduction in fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, coupled with the use of pulse bag filter to purify exhaust gas, not only the production cost and energy consumption are greatly reduced, but the emissions during the calcination process are up to the standard, and the environmental conditions are basically maintained.
Main advantages of quicklime plant/lime production line
