Screen Deck Vibration Feeder Machine Small Size Light Weight Simple Structure
Introduction:
ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is mainly used to feed material into primary crusher evenly and continuously. Meanwhile, it can screen material and strengthen the capacity of the crusher.
This machine takes the dual eccentric shaft vibration exciter through the triangle belt by motor; the exciter's two eccentric axles do the synchronous reverse revolution assured by a pair of meshing gear; the two eccentric axles have certain angle when they are installed, the centrifugal force produced by it makes the sieve body do round straight-line vibration among the vertical direction, the materials move foreward constantly in the process of vibration.
Vibrating Feeder Advantage:
1. Use alloying-steel plate, the machine has long service life and requires no maintenance.
2. It has high tension and it is have very stable performance by using caterpillar track.
