CuW 70/30 Copper Tungsten Electrodes Features & Application
Copper-tungsten alloy is composed of tungsten and copper two-phase monomer evenly mixed metal sweating materials, in the high-temperature industry, electronics and aerospace industry occupies an important position. CuW 70/30 Copper Tungsten Electrodes are mainly made of mixed powder, pressed, sintered, fused and cold processed. Special attention should be paid to alloy composition and density during processing. Its common products are bars, plates, fasteners and embedded electrodes, which can be selected according to the actual application field. CuW 70/30 Copper Tungsten Electrodes have the advantages of high melting point, good plasticity, strong heat dissipation, resistance to arc ablation, good electrical conductivity, low electrode loss, low coefficient of thermal expansion, long service life, etc. It is suitable for TIG welding,MIG welding, resistance welding and EDM.
