Alfalfa Pellet Making Machine Ring Die Vertical Feeding
Biomass pellet machine function will agricultural and forestry processing wastes such as sawdust, straw, rice husk, bark and other biomass as raw material, through the pretreatment and processing, the curing forming for high density of pellet fuel, is to replace the ideal fuel kerosene, both to save energy and reduce smoke emission, and economic benefit and social benefit. Is a kind of efficient, clean and renewable energy. Biomass particle machine is divided into flat mode biomass pellet machine and the ring mode biomass pellet machine.
Features:
1.Vertical ring-die pellet making machines adopt vertical feeding method. The powdery material is fed into pelletizing chamber directly. The mold of the machine is still while the ring-die is rotating. Under the function of centrifugal force, the material will distribute evenly in the pelletizing chamber. The mold of a vertical pellet machine is not easily clogged. Thus, the service life of the mold is prolonged.
2.The main gear adopts high-accuracy gear drive and the bearing is made from high-quality alloy material. The pelletizing rate of vertical pellet making machine is up to 95%. It is applicable to large-scale pellet production line.
