The LBS double line rope groove is composed of a straight rope groove and a diagonal rope groove within each circle of the drum, and the position of the straight rope groove and diagonal rope groove in each circle is exactly the same. When the steel wire rope is wound in multiple layers, the diagonal groove is used to fix the position of the transition point between the upper and lower steel wire ropes, so that the intersection of the upper steel wire rope is completed in the diagonal section. In the straight rope groove section, the upper steel wire rope completely falls into the groove formed by the two lower steel wire ropes, forming line contact between the ropes, ensuring stable contact between the upper and lower steel wire ropes.
