The way to save money is to use a smooth drum and an outer bushing with a groove for the line, cut the bushing horizontally in two parts and bolt or weld it to or weld it to the smooth drum. The lebus groove system ensures that the multi-layer winding wire rope on the reel is completely smooth into and out of the drum, and can greatly prolong the life of the wire rope. This system is still the most effective and perfect method. Tests have shown that the Lebus drumlcan extend the wire rope with a rope groove matching the specifications of the wire rope.
1. It can resist the erosion of gasoline, oil, fat, alcohol, alkali and has good anti-aging ability. Can be used as lubricating oil, fuel and other packaging materials.
2. Self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, inert to biological erosion, good antibacterial and mildew resistance.
3. Excellent electrical performance. Good electrical insulation, nylon volume resistance is very high, breakdown voltage resistance is high, in dry environment, can be used as working frequency insulation material, even in high humidity environment still has good electrical insulation.
4. Light weight, easy to dye, easy to shape.
The rope groove system is formed into a sleeve with groove shape, also known as LEBUS sleeve. After finishing, it is cut into two pieces along the direction of 180 degrees, and finally welded with the drum body. This method can reduce machining time and improve machining efficiency. When the rope groove needs to be replaced for a long time, the outer sleeve can be replaced directly, saving 500% of the cost.
Generally, the tighter the wire rope is, the better it is wound. The wire rope should withstand at least 2% of the breaking load or 10% of the operating load as recommended by LeBus. Of course, for safety factor and wire rope design, must be prepared to withstand the destructive load.
The design and manufacture of LEBUS groove drum should meet the special requirements of lifting operation, and the type of rope groove should adapt to the length, diameter and structure type of wire rope.
