Product Features:

Spooling device:

1. The rope winding device of the winch (spooling device winch) adopts the principle of double rotating screw to drive the rope wheel to move back and forth,It is mechanical transmission device, easy to use, safe and reliable.
2. The winch rope arranging device consists of six parts, namely, power output part, transmission box, clutch, spiral sleeve part, rope supporting part and base.
3. In the installation process, does not require any part of the transformation of the winch, only needs to install the outer gear on the winch motor side, the power of the motor output.
 

Drive principle:

Winch drum - gear box - screw sleeve rotation - rope wheel reciprocating movement.

 

Classification of winches 

1. According to the transmission mode, it can be divided into gear transmission winch and hydraulic transmission winch

2, according to the number of drums can be divided into single drum winch and double drum winch

3. According to the way of wire rope winding, it can be divided into winding winch and friction winch

4, according to the explosion-proof performance can be divided into explosion-proof stranding force and non-explosion-proof winch

5, according to the diameter of the drum can be divided into 1.6m, 1.2m, 0.8m winch, etc

6, mining winch mainly includes: lifting handling winch, dispatching winch, return column winch, endless rope winch and so on.
