Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer:

.Main performance characteristics
1. High water reduction rate, excellent dispersion, up to more than 40% water reduction rate when saturated content.
2. Good early strength and enhancement effect, high early strength growth rate, improve shrinkage performance and reduce the carbonization rate of concrete.
3. Greatly improve the durability of concrete, can improve initial strength and finial strength of concrete, improve water repellent and anti-freezing, reduce the shrinkage and the carbonization rate of concrete, alkali - resistant aggregate reaction, improve durability.
4. Good adaptability, all kinds of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and all kinds of admixture have good dispersion.
5. Good slump retention performance, with good extension of the concrete transport time and site detention time, to ensure the concrete pumping construction performance.
Recommended parameters and usage
1. The general admixture amount of WJF09 polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 0.3% ~0.6% of the total weight of cementing materials, and the specific admixture amount should be determined through experiments by test.
2. This product can be added to sand, stone, cement and admixture at the same time or later with mixing water until the specified time.
3. In order to achieve good water reduction effect, the recommended mixing time is not less than 120s by concrete mixing machine.
