Automatic tank welding center is composed of welding column boom, welding rotator, welding machine & flux recovery system.

This type of welding center used for outer circumferential seam welding.

• Welding column boom integrating welding machine,flux recovery system & control system.
   
• It is absorbing state of the art welding technics both inland and abroad.
   
• There are a number of designs for the welding column boom, such as the stationary type, the stationary and rotating type, and the all orientation type.
   
• The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control. As an option,PLC programming controller is avaiable. 
   
• Welding column boom is good in mechanic precise.It is accurate in positioning.
   
• The company is able to design and manufacture special column boom as per user requirement.
   
• Depends on pipe technics craft, the welding column boom is able to equip with SAW, TIG, FCAW etc welding machine.
