The XY7070 is not just a high-pressure cleaner—it's a purpose-engineered solution for power plant air preheater (APH) maintenance. Built by HeNan XuZhiYang Machinery, this system delivers precise, high-impact jet cleaning with 700bar of force and a steady 70L/min flow, effectively dislodging stubborn soot, ash, and residue from APH elements. Integrated with a customized APH nozzle positioning system, it targets difficult-to-reach areas without dismantling the structure—minimizing plant downtime and enhancing energy efficiency.
Unlike general-purpose water jetting systems, the XY7070 is purpose-built for cleaning tubular or rotary air preheaters, considering typical fouling patterns and structural constraints of thermal power plants.
Features a custom lance/nozzle system designed to fit between narrow gaps of heat exchange elements—ensuring direct, focused impact for residue dislodgement.
700bar pressure is optimal to break and strip heavy contamination; 70L/min flow ensures efficient flushing without excess water accumulation inside equipment.
Can be trailer-mounted or skid-mounted to match operational needs—ideal for on-site utility cleaning teams or contracted maintenance providers.
Fitted with multi-layer safety features, including pressure relief valves, engine monitoring, and stainless steel wetted components for corrosion resistance.
