Ductile iron Quick Close Low Head Loss Anti Water Hammer Non Slam Check Valve
Description
NSCV is a non slam check valve with diffuser, DI body & diffuser, DI disc+ EPDM coated, 420SS stem, 304SS spring. It has a very short face to face distance, closing speed is so quick up to max 0.2sec and the stroke is only about 20% of valve bore diameter. It has hydrodynamic design with spring ensure non slamming and to minimize the water hammer to save head loss. The advance diffuser design maintains the streamline flow and reduces the water head loss to save pumping power.

Much shorter stroke- faster closing.
Around 0.2D of stroke. Swing-check around 0.8-1.0D
Spring accelerating closing speed.
NSCV- keep system silent, quiet operation. no water hammer and slamming.
Much less components-easy maintenance
Diffuser- reducing pressure loss and help recovery of pressure
