Description1. Structure: The Multi-Disk Screw Press consists of multiple rotating disks arranged in parallel. These disks are tightly spaced and stacked together to form a compact unit. The sludge or wastewater solids are fed into the system through an inlet.
2. Flocculant Addition: A unique flocculant is added to the sludge or wastewater solids prior to entering the Multi-Disk Screw Press. The flocculant aids in the aggregation of fine particles, facilitating the formation of larger, denser flocs. This enhances the dewatering efficiency by promoting the consolidation of solids.
Construction PrincipleThe main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed rings and swimming rings, and the screw shaft runs through it to form a filtering device.
The front section is the concentration section, and the back section is the dehydration section, which completes the sludge concentration and dehydration in one cylinder and replaces the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a unique and subtle filter pattern.
