Items are loaded onto these trays and glide along a circular path, where, at predetermined points, the tray halves part like doors, releasing items downward into chutes or collection bins to finalize the sort.
With its ability to manage dual-row tray loading concurrently, this sorter delivers exceptional throughput, handling up to 21,600 trays per hour. It shines in organizing apparel, courier parcels, printed goods, and other non-fragile, flat, or uniquely shaped items.
