The Realkey Cross Belt Sorter is a high-performance logistics system designed to automate parcel and carton sorting with accuracy and speed. Built around a modular framework, it integrates rail tracks, smart carts, perpendicular conveyor belts, and advanced recognition systems. Each cart--connected in a continuous loop--features a crosswise belt that activates at the correct drop point, ensuring precise and efficient delivery. Items can be loaded manually or through automated feeding systems.
Available in both looped (circular) and linear configurations, the system adapts to a variety of sorting environments. Circular models process up to 22,000 units per hour at a speed of 2 m/s, while linear formats sort around 8,000 units per hour at 1.5 m/s. These capabilities make the sorter an excellent fit for industries like courier and express delivery, online retail, fashion, food logistics, healthcare, cosmetics, and airport cargo handling.
