Inspection principle
The manufacture of various lithium-ion batteries can be divided into four process sections: pole piece production, cell assembly, cell activation detection, and battery packaging. Among them, the production of pole pieces includes stirring, coating, rolling, slitting, sheet making, tab forming and other processes. High; therefore, the requirements for pole piece testing equipment are becoming more and more stringent.

The biggest difference between this equipment and the traditional equipment is that its light spot is very small, it not only performs well in the middle area of the pole piece, but also can accurately monitor the contours of the head, tail and left and right of the pole piece, so as to avoid large area density or Thickness deviations lead to batch scrapping.
