Product description
The straight-through sieve is an efficient screening equipment made of stainless steel. It is both corrosion-resistant and durable, suitable for various materials such as flour, plastic particles, quartz sand, and Chinese herbal powders. It is driven by a vibration motor and achieves rapid classification and impurity removal of materials through the reasonable combination of amplitude and sieve mesh. It also has the characteristic of no dead zones in screening, reducing material residue. The equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, and is easy to operate. It is widely used in fields such as food, chemical industry, mining, and medicine, helping to improve production efficiency and material purity.
Working principle
The vertical screen is powered by a vibration motor as its core driving force. The vibration force generated by the motor drives the screen to perform directional and regular vibrations. After entering the equipment through the feed port, the materials move rapidly along the inclined direction of the screen mesh under the effect of the screen vibration. During this process, fine particles that fit the mesh size pass through the screen and are discharged from the bottom discharge port; coarse particles that do not fit the mesh size continue to move along the screen surface and are discharged from the end coarse material outlet. This achieves rapid classification, separation or screening of the materials, and due to the reasonable design of the vibration trajectory, it can reduce material residue and meet the continuous screening requirements for various types of particles and powders.
