The rotary vibrating screen is an efficient and precise screening equipment. The materials spread and move spirally from the center to the periphery on the screen surface. Through different levels of screen meshes, the coarse and fine particles can be classified and screened. It has the characteristics of high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, compact structure, and the ability to flexibly adjust the screening effect. It is widely used in the screening and filtration operations of powder or particle materials in various industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine, and mining.

Working principle
A vertical motor serves as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at both ends of the motor generate centrifugal force during rotation, causing the screen surface to undergo three-dimensional rotational vibrations in horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions. After the materials enter the screen surface, under the combined effect of these complex vibrations, they spread and move in a spiral pattern from the center to the periphery. At the same time, they can be classified and screened into coarse and fine materials through different aperture sieve screens. The vibration trajectory can be changed by adjusting the angle of the weights, thereby flexibly controlling the screening effect.
