Product description
The large-bellied vacuum feeder is a device that uses vacuum suction to transport materials. Its "large-bellied" structure increases the storage and transportation space for materials, enhancing the feeding efficiency. The equipment features a high degree of automation and a clean and environmentally friendly transportation process, effectively preventing dust from spilling out. Working principle
The working principle of the large-bellied vacuum feeder is as follows: A vacuum pump operates to create a negative pressure environment, generating vacuum suction within the system; under the negative pressure, materials are sucked into the pipeline from the feeding port and transported along the pipeline with the airflow; when the materials reach the separation device, they are separated from the airflow due to gravity and the structural design of the device and fall into the lower material bin; the separated gas, after dust removal and other treatments, is returned to the vacuum pump through the pipeline to form a cycle. The entire process utilizes vacuum suction to achieve the automatic transportation of materials, and through structural design, ensures the effective separation of materials and gas, guaranteeing the continuity and cleanliness of the transportation.
