The straight-line screen is one of the screening equipment. The straight-line screen is

also called the straight-line vibrating screen, which is divided into single vibration

source and double vibration source. The bottom has a large flow outlet, and the inlet

and outlet are designed in the same vertical direction. The screened products quickly

pass through the screen, reducing the residence time of materials on the screen

The vibrating motor uses two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at

the upper and lower ends of its shaft to convert the rotating of the vibrating motor into

a multi-action force of horizontal, vertical, inclined and centrifugal superposition, and

then transmit this force to the screen surface. After the enters the interior of the

equipment, it is affected by the force of the vibration source and moves on an elliptical

trajectory on the screen surface, quickly and repeatedly completing sieving action,

while the vibration force can continuously produce the effects of stripping, crushing and

reorganizing the material, so that the material can quickly pass through the, and the

material that cannot pass through the screen is discharged from the discharge port on

the screen according to the movement trajectory of the equipment, and the sieving

operation is completed.
