The ton bag dumping station is a powder equipment used for unloading materials.
Many raw materials are packaged in ton bags (space bags) convenient
transportation and storage, so the ton bag dumping is extremely important in the
entire production process. The ton bag dumping station is also known as a ton bag
un or ton bag splitter. To prevent environmental pollution and health hazards to
workers caused by dust during the opening of ton bags, most companies now use
ton bag dumping stations opening ton bags. The ton bag dumping station mainly
consists of a lifting mechanism (optional), a bag tapping mechanism, a bag opening
device, a dust removal device a ton bag dumping frame, an electrical control system,
and other components.
The ton bag is manually hung on the hoist, then the hoist rises to lift the ton bag.
During the descent of the bag, the bag opening is manually untied (for ton bags that

cutting (optional). After the packaging bag's discharge port is untied, the flow control

gran material inside the packaging bag into the hopper below due to its own weight.
The material falls into the storage hopper under its own gravity to complete the un work.
This not only reduces the labor intensity during the bag breaking process but also
solves the problem of ton bags becoming clogged and difficult to discharge due to
moisture during the bag opening process.
