The straight-line screen, also known as the straight-line vibrating screen, is used to
inspect and remove foreign contaminants and large particles from products. is designed
with single or dual excitation sources according to on-site requirements. The single
excitation source mainly produces vertical vibration on the material, without automatic
discharge function the dual excitation sources can produce vortex motion on the screen
surface, with automatic discharge function, free control of production capacity, vertical
feeding and discharging, and be neatly installed into various powder production lines
without affecting the screening capacity.
The straight screen uses the vibration motor to utilize the phase angle of two groups of
eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and ends of its shaft, as
well as the crossing angle between the two motors, to convert the rotational motion of
the vibration motor into a multi-action force of horizontal vertical, inclined, and
centrifugal effects. This force is then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve the
purpose of screening. By changing the phase angle and weight the upper and lower
eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of the material
movement can be changed.
1. The inlet and outlet are designed in the same vertical direction, with a large flow
outlet at the bottom, allowing materials to be discharged and reducing the residence
time of materials on the screen surface. The fast discharge results in a processing
capacity that is 2-5 times that of a conventional vibrating screen. It can be combined
with production lines.
2. It can be directly connected in series in the pipeline to remove foreign objects and
impurities from the, without manual operation, avoiding secondary pollution of materials.
3. Good air tightness, no dust flying, can be directly used with dust-free feeding station,
negative pressure dust-free operation.
4. It can be quickly dismantled without any tools and is easy to clean, thus increasing
production efficiency and avoiding any chance of-contamination between batches.
5. The screen machine is small in size and takes up little space, suitable for any production line.
