The tumbler sieving machine is a kind of screening machine specially designed to meet the large output and high density screening manufacturers, simulating the manual screening process, its screening accuracy, screening efficiency, screen life is 5-10 times that of the conventional round screen, which can effectively screen all fine and ultrafine powder and particulate materials, especially suitable for difficult to handle materials. The equipment can be used for dry screening or wet screening.
The tumbler sieving machine can achieve single-layer or multi-layer yield screening and can screen up to 6 particle sizes. The small tumbler screening machine can be equipped with 4 layers of sieve surfaces, and the large one can reach 5 layers while providing 5 to 6 groups of grading.

• The tumbler sieving machine effectively imitates the manual actions and processes of human beings, and its movement mode is similar to that of manual sieving. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25-40mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120-360rpm.
• The residence time of each product can be adjusted, just adjust its radial direction and cutting angle along the direction of the drive shaft.
• Thus, the material is made to do horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion, which produces a spiral-like motion, so that the material is evenly dispersed on the entire mesh surface from the center to the edge, and the fine particles complete the screening process.
• During the operation, as the movement of the particles increases, the particles close to the sieve size are separated, and the particles larger than the sieve size are discharged from the outlet. There is a guiding device at the outlet, which is used to control the flow, and this device can also adjust the residence time of the material on the screen.
• This process is repeated for each layer of screening.
