Introduction
Rotary Vibrating Sand Screen adopt new type dynamic generator, making three dimension powers more obviously and successfully, making the scale of processed materials enlarged.
Accordingly this makes vibratory screen capable of processing various kinds of materials.
Working Principle
The vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft.
The direction of the eccentric weights can change its rotational mode,rotation of the upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery, while the lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes.
The trajectories of materials on the screen can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of upper and lower weights.
Function
1. Sizing: segregate dry power or particles into various sizes.
2. Removing: get rid of a small quantity of impurity.
3. Filtering: solid-liquid separating.
Characteristics
1. The widest range of screening: applicable to all kinds of particles, powder, and slurry screening and separation. Screening particle size reaching 500-600 mesh, and filter particle size can reaching 5 microns.
2. The mesh not block: a variety of specially designed screen of the cleaning device make the probability of blocking the mesh approach the minimum.
3. Single layer and multi-layers separation: single vibrating screen can choose 1-5 layers screen, and can carry out the sorting of 2-6 grades. Single layer filtration, once to achieve the requirements.
4. Easy to change the screen: vibrating screen has many kinds of grid structure according to different needs; the time of changing screen is shortened to 3-5 minutes, which saves 30-60 minutes comparing to other types; no deformation of the mesh, long service life of screen, high efficiency.
