Variable frequency drive description
The first step is to select flame-retardant ABS and PC for the material. In harsh environments and high
temperatures, this material is effective at preventing deformation and embrittlement due to its flame retardancy,
heat resistance, toughness, and strength. Furthermore, an independent heat dissipation air duct prevents external
dust and oil from entering the product. As a result, a fan is installed to effectively reduce the inverter's temperature.
Components, PCBs, and IGBTs are purchased from top domestic suppliers to ensure quality.
Structural design of the frequency converter
1. Duct for heat dissipation on its own
It prevents external dust, oil, and other pollutants from entering the internal products, causing short circuits in the PCB,
components and other corrosion. It ensures reliable and stable product operation by using long life, large volume cooling
fans and reducing the temperature rise of frequency converters.
2. Taking care of the details with a humanized design
1) In addition to adopting the latest design ideas, the operation panel is simpler to disassemble and install.
2) A blueprint of the installation hole position is included in the bottom of the low-power machine, in order to make the
installation more convenient and faster.
3) Fan partitions can be removed and detached, and the fan can be taken out directly.In addition, users are able to
perform daily maintenance conveniently.This extends the machine's service life.
4) To facilitate installation, the terminal block is designed with a pull-out partition that can be removed during wiring.
Incorporate the partitions after wiring the wires together.
