Working principle
Under the vacuum condition, the vacuum tumbler marinator machine uses the principle of physical impact to make the meat (or other products) flip up and down in the drum, collide and beat each other, and achieve the massaging and pickling effect, so that the meat can evenly absorb the pickling, which improves meat's cohesion and elasticity.
