Tungsten bars are made of by material with high melting point, corrosion resistance, high density, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.High quality argon arc and plasma welding's important point is accurately grinding the diameter and angle of pole, our factory can product accurately tolerance and sharpen the pole, promise the pole's all tolerance. pole can be sharpened one of end or two ends .
Tungsten bar is resistant to corrosion when the humidity is below 60%. However, it must be protected at elevated temperatures. Tungsten can oxidize in the presence of oxidizing gases at temperatures above 250° C. Despite this vulnerability, Molten glass, nitrogen, inert gases, molten metals and ceramic oxides only slightly affect it.
Wolfram bar has the highest melting point of all metals and is therefore also suitable for very high-temperature applications. It is also characterized by a uniquely low coefficient of thermal expansion and a very high level of dimensional stability.

Tungsten bar is manufactured as random length pieces or cut to customers' desired lengths. Standard diameter and length tolerances are listed as follows. Other, closer tolerances can be quoted on request. In addition, there are three different surface processes or finishes which are provided, depending upon the desired end use.

Appearance of Tungsten Bars:
The appearance of tungsten bar turns to be metallically gray or dark gray. Hygroscopy is not allowed on the appearance of W1 ,W2, and W3 tungsten bars.
