Brief Introduction:
Coal Conical Cutter Bits are produced with two parts: Alloy steel Body and carbide drill tips. The alloy steel body is made by material ASTM4142 or 42CrMo, heat treatment with 48-52HRC hardness, has high toughness and wearable character. Carbide drill tip is made from Low press Sintered with grade selected according to your projects, which can make sure good performance during working.
Now we supply:
1. Customized carbide conical.
2. Complete colat auger bits / coal drill bits / blade cutter bits.
3. Customized surface coating to the bits.
