Tungsten sputtering can be made with diameter up to 300mm,length up to 500mm,width up 300mm and thickness above 0.3mm. W targets are widely used in vacuum coating industry, target materials raw materials, aerospace industry, Marine automobile industry, electrical industry, instruments industry, etc.
We produce tungsten sputtering targets with 99.95% high purity raw materials. High quality products have been made after decades of procedures such as pressing, sintering, rolling, cutting and surface grinding. Super sputtering target (single heavy reach to 120kg) is available at present.
