350-VD Reverse Gearbox Introduction
350-VD reverse gearbox assembly is suitable for 125cc-350cc engine of tricycle, auto rickshaw, ATV, etc. This reverse gearbox applies heavy-duty gear ratio 12:15, module 4 and driving gear bearing adpots 6206. Also, design of thickened reverse housing and connection between housing and cap bearing by 5 bolts(M8) has improved tightness, sealing performance and loading capacity of the reverse device. Furthermore, patented anti-trip-over technology is adopted to meet requirements of various complicated road conditions-especially when heavy loaded,never trip over to ensure driving safety. With beautiful and brief appearance, the gear shifting case also has better sealing performance due to the adoption of new sealing technology. Zongshen chooses it for their heavy duty tricycle and exports largely, like Uganda.
350-VD Reverse Gearbox Advantages
1. Oil leaking prevention. CNC machining guarantees smooth and prcision reverse gearbox body housing and cover coupling side, which reduces oil leaking odds largely.
2. Anti gear trip patented design. Special gear shifting design is applied to prevent gear trip.
3. Reasonable gear design. Gear teeth designs as 12/15 ratio with 17 inner gear to guarantee better gear meshing.
4. Low noise. Reasonable gear design leads to low noise.
5. Enlarged body housing. Body housing is enlarged to contain 120ml oil, which will reduce temperature and expand reverse gearbox life span.
6. Thickened body housing. Body housing thinckens to ensure rough conditions usage with no worry about body explosion.
