The XY-886L Smart Level Transmitter is a hydrostatic level measurement instrument manufactured using high-performance diffused silicon piezoresistive sensors. Based on the hydrostatic principle, it accurately calculates liquid level depth by measuring the static pressure generated by the liquid height. Featuring a fully isolated stainless steel structure and laser welding technology, it ensures long-term stability and reliability. With its IP68 ultra-high protection rating and corrosion-resistant materials, it can handle various complex liquid media and harsh installation environments, making it an ideal solution for level measurement in water treatment, petroleum, food & pharmaceutical, and other industries.
1. High-Precision Level Measurement
Utilizes imported diffused silicon sensing elements with accuracy up to ±0.25% FS, delivering precise level data.Built-in automatic temperature compensation and linearization algorithms effectively counteract the effects of temperature variations and changes in medium density.
2. Multiple Signal Outputs & Communication Protocols
Standard 4-20mA analog output for seamless integration with mainstream PLC and DCS systems.Optional RS485 (Modbus-RTU) digital interface supports networking and remote monitoring, facilitating integration into IoT systems.
3. Rugged Construction & Wide Media Compatibility
316L stainless steel fully welded isolation diaphragm structure with no leakage points, capable of measuring various corrosive media including water, oil, acids, alkalis, and wastewater.Cable or rod-style construction with IP68 protection rating, allowing long-term immersion in liquids and withstanding deep-water pressure.
