The piston pressure gauge, as an important pressure reference instrument, is mainly used to calibrate other pressure instruments. It is one of the pressure reference instruments and also one of the most cost-effective pressure reference devices on the market. The piston pressure gauges produced by our factory are not limited to obtaining national calibration certificates; we focus more on the convenience of measurement use. Our market positioning for piston pressure gauges is to make measurement efficiency higher and measurement work easier.
Features:
It complies with the national metrological verification regulations of JJG59-2007 "Verification Regulation of Piston Pressure Gauges" and JJG99-2006 "Weights". The piston rod and piston cylinder are made of tungsten carbide and precision-ground, ensuring excellent discrimination of the piston.
A low-center-of-gravity structure is adopted to make the piston system more stable.
The piston system features an integrated tungsten carbide protection structure: the protective shaft has a diameter of 10mm, and both the protective shaft and the piston rod are made of tungsten carbide with an integrated molding process. This structure prevents damage to the piston system during use. Developed independently by our company, this protection solution (with an invention patent pending) provides efficient protection for the piston system.
The piston pressure gauge is equipped with an external displacement proximity sensor, which can display the position change of the piston system in real time. The digital tube display makes the reading more intuitive, and the piston displacement range is 0-3mm. The external displacement system is not embedded in the piston system, so it does not affect the piston protection system.
The piston pressure gauge is designed with a sewage discharge system: oil discharge pipelines are installed both under the piston system and the output interface, and the oil flows back directly to the oil cup. This ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the piston tabletop. Compared with the single oil discharge of the piston system alone, this all-round oil discharge system achieves a far cleaner, oil-free tabletop.
The piston cylinder adopts a white sealing system, and the sealing ring can ensure no leakage after 30,000 cycles of pressure testing, truly realizing convenience in use.
Application:
Piston gauges are used to calibrate customer piston gauges and pressure sensing devices.
