1) Description of Helical Gear
A helical gear is a cylindrical gear whose tooth line is inclined at a certain angle to the axis.
It achieves meshing transmission through spiral tooth surfaces, and the angle between the tooth direction
and the axis is called the helix angle.

3) Working Principle of Helical Gear
When the driving gear rotates, the spiral tooth surface gradually contacts the driven gear along the tooth width direction.
The load is transmitted through multiple tooth surfaces, and the length of the line of action changes dynamically during rotation,
thus achieving continuous and smooth power transmission.
4) Application of Helical Gear
Metal helical gears are commonly used in industrial machinery, aerospace and other high-load transmission fields;
engineering plastic helical gears are mostly used in office equipment, medical devices, toys and other occasions where noise
and weight requirements are higher.
